⦁ Select a workout type from the categories of workout right at the top of the screen.
⦁ Then select the “Filter” button.
⦁ Click on a filter option to scroll down to the workouts.
⦁ Tap Add + to add the workout to “My Workouts”
⦁ Click on “Preview” to preview the workout you’ve selected. You can as well select the playlist for the chosen workout, so you can liste to Music while doing your workout.
On The Apple TV:
⦁ First, open the fitness app, and select who is working out.
⦁ Select a workout type from the categories.
⦁ click on “Preview” to preview the workout you’ve selected. You can as well select the playlist for the chosen workout, so you can liste to Music while doing your workout.

To Start Your Workout
On iPhone or iPad:

⦁ Once you’ve selected your workout, just click on the “Play” button so that your metrics will appear right from your Apple Watch on-screen.

If you already have an Apple Watch, Apple Fitness Plus will automatically appear as the center tab right in the fitness app on your iPhone.
Whereas for iPad users, the app is available to download from the Apple Store. The app is also available on Apple TV as well.
To Activate the app on your iPhone; you need to first open the app > click on Apple Fitness+ at the bottom of the screen > click on “Get Started” > select the trial offer > then sign in with your Apple ID and password > verify your billing information and then add a valid payment method > finally, click on “Subscribe”.
